Sir John Sherbrooke Junior School

We are a 'Take Care' school

Rainbow Flag Award

Sir John Sherbrooke Junior School is an inclusive and accepting school. We are a Take Care school,, which means we Take Care of ourselves, others, our work and our community/world. This is why we believe it is vital that we ensure we are teaching our children about issues faced by the LGBT+ community, and, most importantly, celebrating and promoting the positive impact LGBT+ has on our world and lives. This is all done in an age appropriate way, ensuring the children grow up to be accepting, welcoming and compassionate adults, who are not afraid to stand up to injustice and celebrate everyone's differences.
